Welcome to Health Point Laser. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our medical spa services, website, and any associated platforms. By booking an appointment, receiving services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have written parental or guardian consent to receive treatment at Health Point Laser. Some procedures may require prior consultation and medical clearance from a licensed professional.
2. Services
Health Point Laser offers medical aesthetic and wellness treatments. Services are provided by trained professionals and may include, but are not limited to, laser therapy, skincare treatments, and medical-grade aesthetic procedures.
Results vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding the outcome of any treatment or service.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
- Booking: Appointments can be made online, in person, or over the phone.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or be asked to reschedule.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Disclosure: You agree to provide complete and accurate medical history, including allergies, medications, and health conditions.
- Consent: You will be asked to review and sign a consent form prior to receiving any treatment.
- Conduct: We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment forms as listed in the clinic.
- Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are not offered on completed treatments. Refunds for prepaid services or packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
6. Gift Cards, Packages, and Promotions
- Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Promotions and discounts may be subject to expiration dates and specific terms. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
7. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with its operation or attempts to access its underlying code or data. All website content is owned or licensed by Health Point Laser and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Point Laser and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, treatments, or website.
