How to prepare for your treatment?
Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E for 3–5 days beforehand if your doctor allows, and skip alcohol for 24 hours both reduce bruising. Arrive with clean skin and let us know about any recent injectables or medical conditions.
What to do after your treatment?
Stay upright and avoid rubbing or massaging the area for 4 hours. Skip strenuous exercise, saunas, and hot yoga for 24 hours, and avoid facials, peels, or massage for one week. Results peak at 10–14 days wait the full two weeks before judging your result or requesting an adjustment.
