PRP Injections Kelowna
Glow Your Skin With Injectables
PRP at Healthpoint Cosmetic in Kelowna uses growth factors concentrated from a small sample of your own blood to stimulate collagen, renew skin, and support hair growth — a natural, regenerative treatment with no synthetic product. It’s used for skin rejuvenation (the “vampire facial,” often with microneedling) and for thinning hair. Results build gradually over a series of sessions. Book a free consultation.
BOOK A CONSULTATIONYour Own Biology, Put to Work
We draw a small blood sample, spin it to concentrate the platelets and their growth factors, then apply or inject the PRP where it’s needed. Those growth factors signal your tissue to repair and regenerate — boosting collagen and skin quality on the face, and supporting the hair follicle environment on the scalp. Because PRP comes from you, it’s well tolerated.

How Our PRP Injection Treatments Work
Overall skin dullness, fine lines, and texture (especially paired with microneedling); under-eye rejuvenation; and early-to-moderate hair thinning. PRP is often combined with exosomes for stronger regenerative results, and it’s a core part of our hair restoration plans.

Draw
We draw a small amount of your blood and isolate your natural growth factors.
02

The PRP is injected into areas needing regeneration—like under-eyes, scalp, or skin.

Your body gets to work repairing, firming, and renewing from the inside out.
What Sets Us Apart
Medical expertise
PRP is prepared and administered under the care of Dr. Steph, ND, who has advanced post-graduate training in regenerative medicine and PRP.
Combination planning
PRP works hardest alongside microneedling for skin or as part of a structured hair-restoration plan; we map the right pairing rather than selling it in isolation.
Your own biology
Nothing synthetic is introduced — PRP is concentrated from your own blood, which is why it’s so well tolerated.
Realistic timelines
We’re clear that regenerative results build over months, not days.
Pre & Post Treatment
How to prepare for your treatment?
Arrive well hydrated and eat beforehand — it makes the blood draw easier. Avoid blood thinners and alcohol for 24–48 hours if your doctor allows, and avoid anti-inflammatory medications, which can blunt the healing response PRP relies on.
What to do after your treatment?
Expect redness, mild swelling, or tenderness for a day or two. For facial PRP, avoid makeup and strenuous exercise for 24 hours and wear SPF. For scalp PRP, avoid washing your hair for the period we recommend. Avoid anti-inflammatories while healing.

BOOK NOWPRP (platelet-rich plasma) is made by concentrating the platelets and growth factors from a small sample of your own blood. Applied or injected into the skin or scalp, those growth factors stimulate collagen and tissue repair — renewing skin quality and supporting hair growth. Because it’s your own biology, it’s natural and well tolerated.
They’re related but different. PRP uses growth factors from your own blood and needs a blood draw; exosome therapy uses a prepared, highly concentrated exosome product with no draw. Both accelerate healing and enhance treatments like microneedling. Some clients combine them — we’ll recommend the best fit at your consultation.
Yes — PRP is a well-established option for early-to-moderate hair thinning. Injected into the scalp, its growth factors support the follicle environment and can improve density over a series of sessions. It’s a core part of our hair restoration plans and can be paired with exosomes.
Most plans involve a series of sessions spaced a few weeks apart, with results building gradually over the following months. The exact number depends on whether you’re treating skin or hair and your individual goals, which we map at your consultation.
PRP has a strong safety profile because it uses your own blood — there’s no risk of allergic reaction to a foreign substance. It’s prepared in a sterile, closed system and administered by a trained medical provider. We review your health history first, as PRP isn’t suitable for certain blood or clotting conditions.
