Firstly, thank you to everyone who was able to join us for our brand re-launch and open house. We woke up to the first snow in Kelowna last week, and in our house, that always sparks ski season excitement. With the holidays approaching and schedules filling quickly, it’s easy to forget about ourselves. This is your gentle reminder to carve out a little self-care this month, you deserve it.
